Kieron co-founded the Group with business partner Colin Stewart and has an extensive career in management of services to the offshore energy sector, predominantly within the renewables market.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Kieron paves the route for future developments both within the company, from process creation to sales and client acquisition.
Sitting on the board as a valued member of the leadership team, Kieron remains driven to the continued improvement of service delivery. Despite the demands of this role, Kieron remains a technical member of integrity associations within the Inspection compliance sector, ensuring Stowen stay at the forefront of technical advancements as well as compliant with legislative requirements.


Gary Horner has built an extensive career in the offshore renewables and wider offshore energy sector, bringing decades of experience to every role he undertakes. He has held senior management positions at industry-leading service companies, including serving as UK Manager at GWS, where he successfully led operations across key markets. Gary is known for his ability to manage and inspire senior teams, driving performance and delivering operational excellence. His strategic leadership and deep sector knowledge have consistently contributed to the growth and success of the businesses he supports, making him a trusted figure within the renewables industry.


Mark Chandler has an accomplished career in the oil and gas industry, with extensive experience across operations and senior leadership roles. He has held key management positions at leading service companies, where he oversaw major projects and guided high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. Mark’s expertise lies in managing complex operations, optimizing performance, and driving safe, efficient project delivery. His proven ability to lead senior teams and achieve strategic objectives has made him a respected figure within the oil and gas sector.


Wayne Toovey is a seasoned leader in the offshore energy sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Decommissioning. With a career dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective decommissioning solutions, Wayne has overseen complex projects across the sector and built a reputation for operational excellence. He brings a wealth of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, developing strategy, and driving innovation in decommissioning practices. Wayne’s leadership ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and value for stakeholders.


Kane joined the Stowen team in 2016, A story of organic growth, upon starting with the company Kane quickly demonstrated an aptitude for successful business drivers across all areas but in particular, a strong financial understanding. The result being Kane has either worked directly in or collaborated with all business departments to reach his current standing as Stowen Clean Energy General Manager.
Alongside his Stowen journey Kane has also completed a 1st class business management degree BA (Hons)

With extensive operational expertise and deep knowledge of the industry. Jenna’s commitment and proficiency in navigating the complexities of the offshore energy industry make her an exceptional leader in the business development team.

As well as managing the HR division, Sharnie is also a certified internally auditor and provides the business with strategic solutions to better develop the processes carried out within Stowen.

With over 10 years of experience managing business IT functions, Nick has experience supporting and managing IT functions in a range of industries. Aligning with business requirements, Nick has keen interests in Cyber Security, Asset Management, Infrastructure Design, Project Management, eLearning and Classroom Training. Nick holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification and has been involved with IT refresh projects, server migration projects, and has authored many policies and procedures to comply with relevant legislations.
