The Stowen ‘Employee of the Month’ program has been developed to show recognition to members of the team that go above and beyond their daily tasks, are prepared to go the extra mile for the company, show pride in their work and are committed to all things Stowen.

Our aim is that it will help to motivate staff and encourage a strong working relationship between management and staff, showing them all that their hard work and commitment doesn’t go unnoticed.
