A start to a new journey for Mackenzie Harrison & Taylor Whittle as they enroll on Stowen’s Non Destructive Testing Apprenticeship

Stowen welcome Mackenzie & Taylor to the ever evolving industry of Non-Destructive Testing, the apprenticeship scheme will see both trainees follow a predetermined path to achieve multiple PCN level 2 certification.

With Stowen working in various energy sectors combined with a fully comprehensive machining and fabrication facility, Mackenzie and Taylor will follow on from previous trainees in understanding the characteristics of steel and how to perform tests in accordance with written standards.

In conjunction with the NDT training both apprentices will also follow Stowens 3 year internal training program targeted to develop each trainee into a fully conversant Multi sector NDT technician.
