Stowen Clean Energy Awarded 5 Year Framework for NDT

Norwegian energy giants Equinor have awarded Stowen Clean Energy Ltd with a 5 year framework agreement to carry out confined space NDT on selected assets located on the Sheringham Shoal offshore wind farm.

The contract award following a competitive tender process see’s Stowen secure a further 5 years following the existing agreement which ended in 2022.

As an ABS certified NDT specialist provider Stowen where able to showcase the technical knowledge to undertake the inspections which will require the confined space teams to complete advanced methods such as Ultrasonic & Eddy Current Inspection, alongside magnetic particle Inspection and visual surveys.
