Stowen Clinches Adhoc Framework Agreement and Statutory Inspection Contract for Moray West offshore wind farm

Stowen, proudly announces its latest award—a dual victory securing an Adhoc Framework Agreement and the Statutory Inspection and Maintenance Contract for the Moray West offshore wind farm, owned by Ocean Winds, a 50/50 joint venture between ENGIE and EDP Renewables.

The Adhoc Framework Agreement empowers Stowen to provide dynamic and flexible labour solutions, tailored to the evolving needs of the Moray West project. Simultaneously, the Statutory Inspection and Maintenance Contract further solidify Stowen’s role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of critical components within the wind farm infrastructure.

Located in the Moray Firth, on completion the Moray West offshore wind farm will provide power for up to 1.33 million homes with low cost, low carbon energy with its 60 offshore wind turbines.

We are thrilled to provide services to Ocean Winds on the Moray West offshore wind farm project. This dual contract win not only solidifies Stowen’s capabilities in providing specialized labour services but also allows us to continue our growth in the north of Scotland alongside other wins in 2023.
