The Merger
On 30th September the Stowen Group was acquired by Star Capital. The Stowen Group will now join sister business Windhoist Group, acquired in August 2019, under the Star WindCo banner, creating a larger multi-service onshore and offshore renewables platform. The existing Stowen management team remain with the business to continue the overall group growth trajectory of the business.
Combined Service Offering
The strategic move has complimented both Stowen and Wind Hoist with a further offering to our client’s, with the pre assembly & WTG construction services now having the additional offering of Statutory Inspection & maintenance, this positions the newly formed group perfectly to provide a turnkey service to operators & OEM during the construction of Offshore wind projects.
